Fujian Senmeida Biotechnology Co.Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Senmeida) was established in Oct. 2008 with registered capital of 30 million RMB. It locates in Nige high and new technology development zone, Yong’an City covering an area of 36184 square meters. It is originally the wholly owned subsidiary of Xiamen Baidu Technology Development Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Baidu Technology). Fujian Footwear & Headgear Import & Export Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Footwear & Headgear) acquired 51 percent of shares of Senmeida. Senmeida is a high and new technology enterprise, its business scope includes spice plants cultivation and acquisition, spice plants (tea tree oil and eucalyptus oil) manufacture and sales, flavors and fragrances products research and development, processing technique improvement, natural plant extracts research and development.The company’s main products are eucalyptol, eucalyptus oil and tea tree oil etc., it has now obtained six invention patents and three utility model patents. In February 2017, the company also received a mixed feed additive production license issued by Fujian Provincial Department of Agriculture to complete the construction of feed additives production projects.
